What guests loved:

Very good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Amazing parking. The location is great, near tram that takes you to the center. Very friendly and helpful stuff.

Areas for improvement:

One elevator was broken, it took us to get down ~10 minutes on the "rush hour"

What guests loved:

Beautifully designed hotel located in a quiet neighborhood. Access to central is convenient since there are multiple tram stops nearby.

Areas for improvement:

Bathtub plug was broken and wasn’t fixed during our 6 day stay. Trams run all night (of course less frequently) if worth attention if you’re sensitive to noise.

Just what I was looking for

What guests loved:

The property has this typical old-but-charming vibe that so many Italian hotels carry. My bed was very comfortable, something I very much value. Breakfast is good, featuring a large variety of foods a...

Areas for improvement:

The main thing was that my room had little natural light. The fitness room could do with more handles for the machine, namely a rope handle. Lastly, Sophia could have a larger vegetarian offer; two of...

Relaxed.

What guests loved:

I loved the restaurant. I didn’t eat anywhere else. I had supper and breakfast in the hotel. Staff was very nice.

Areas for improvement:

Our room had stairs to go to washroom. Not convenient at night.

Lovely stay with amazing staff!

What guests loved:

Comfy room, breakfast was amazing, staff super helpful and nice! Spa was amazing as well!

Areas for improvement:

Only issue is that our shower would leak onto floor and create a puddle.

Areas for improvement:

- We went in July and the AC was blasting in the common areas - I had to take a little jacket with me for breakfast! Having the AC full blast 24/7 also goes somewhat against the sustainability initiat...

Areas for improvement:

While the main sightseeing spots aren’t within walking distance, the tram station is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Fortunately, Milan’s public transportation system is very efficient and made g...

Stylish hotel, peaceful location, fantastic common areas; though some rooms could use a refresh.

What guests loved:

A convenient and peaceful location—just a 20-minute tram ride from Sempione Park and the city center, making it a great base away from the tourist crowds. The hotel’s ground floor is truly impressive,...

Areas for improvement:

Our room and the entire first floor seemed in need of refurbishment—the furniture looked worn, the headboard and curtains had visible stains, the A/C was old and smelly, which took away from the overa...
